Simply because you get used to and then addicted to many gorgeous girls doing very dirty things. This creates a shortcut in your dopamine reward circuit. Plus it inhibits your emotional sensitivity (you won't fall in love with a porn girl, or do you ?).
This may cause a lower sexdrive and sex curiosity in real life.
Fortunately, it is reversible.
