I do not claim to know Katya, we exchange emails when I have an idea for an interior book illustration which depicts the character modelled on her image, and the two book covers I have on the waiting list, Katya with a dragon and the other is as a scantily dressed pirate. The topic for both are Katya's suggestion's. I require her permission to use and adapt her, and Vlad's, copyrighted imagery, of course, and she has given me access to the hundreds of photos in her archive for use as visual references.

As far as hardcore is concerned, she has only revealed to me that she likes to tease, but she has repeated what she has always stated publicly on her website, she does not intend to do it.
She is very funny and very astute, she speaks English and Japanese, plays the piano and guitar, so definitely smarter than most.

I suspect that she finds the descriptions of the book character as being a warrior, rather funny. She strikes me as a rather ethereal spirit.
