Yesterday with Gina we were looking at my phone screen and there was over 25 000 emails I haven't time to read, 15 000 on facebook ( I haven't look at it for 3 years now ) few hundred on each of my social media Twitter, IG, VK, Signal, Skype, Viber and only my Whatshapp and regular messagery are on "zero" to 30 max because I use mostly only that. I even left home most of the time my french mobil phone and look at it briefly the evening.
I was making a joke saying " how does the very important people to live because I see at my small level how it is a nightmare" and Gina said : "they have a secretary" !!! so we laugh but deeply what I wanted to tell you Spielberg it's the fact that it's very hard to keep cool and zen when you sleep less than 4 hours by day all the year with a crazy job to do and also a family to take care about.
I do not complain about my life but just say it's not always easy to never have some moment here on the forum when I can speak less nice than I maybe could ... reason why I sometime erase some of my post and think "wow I was too rude that day"

In my opinion, one should not, especially in professional activities and communication with people, be too enamored with and give in to personal emotions and feelings (does not apply to close friends and relatives).
