I haven't any problem with him personnaly but he has tried to destroy everyone in the industry by using all the tubes he bought for promote his websites and giving for free the work of others expecting they will sale him their companies after bankrupcy ...
So yes he his a business man and it means he did what most others will have done if they were him, but anyway ...
