I totally understand, but I think in that sense the director should have his will obeyed or else by actress that she give up career. The public loves anal sex. If an actress is not able to do anal for 15 minutes or more, she's not used to the profession.

Firstly, no girl is forced to do porn. If the girl has no money, she can try to earn living by working at a supermarket or anything else. But if the girl wants to pursue a career as star X, she has to like and / or agree to do intense anal or else she will not please the public.
