Pierre, regarding the translations done by the users. I think the site will reach a point where you are no longer able to manage it by yourself (you are Porn director and you should invest your time casting girls around the world and showing them to us your fans and not spending the day uploading videos and moderating comments). Therefore, there would be a point where you will need to assign moderators and have a community-drive site. The moderators could either subtitle the castings or approve the subtitles (it is not so hard, your castings are always either in french or english and you only need to translate the subtitles to french or english using google translate and compare it to the original, it would be time-consuming for you but it could be something that in the future the users could manage by themselves. Take Facebook as an example. The site was translated by its members and the members also decided if the translation was good or needed improvement).

I must agree on some part, this is a way of work we have to build up soon...

Is there any update you can share with us regarding subtitles? I believe, just english will do to begin with, translation to other languages is easily community driven once one set of subtitles are available (ie as srt format file that can be coupled with the video via a player like VLC player.

I just watched Viktoria casting & intiation, wishing very much that I understood what was being said.

One note, I believe you have a considerable subscriber base, all whom i am sure are members of this forum as well. It is easy to harness this base of loyal fans to help you with the translations. And you could work out an incentive plan for this voluntary work. Perhaps you will make this only eligible to members of X number of months standing, as an example.

The translation process is quite manageable, if there was more than 1 person working on it. example is 1 person to produce the raw translation text, without worrying about the time stamps. when complete, then pass on to another member of the team who goes through the video clip and puts in the time stamps. then finally, a third person who double checks, makes the corrections and saves it to a SRT file to finalize the production of a subtitle. a 3 person team will be efficient as it avoids translator's stress and/or fatigue, and greatly speeds up the process.

Best part of it is, it will be yet another "value add" to your already very valuable content.

Lastly, you may want to make the subtitles are only available on the member page. it also easily embedded with an download by member stats and/or IP tracker.
