It may look like the same thing, sex with the same person, but in the first case, women doesnt know about the camera. And thats a huge difference in people's mind to agree for the release of something you first didnt knew about in the first place, than doing something knowing the purpose. Especially in women's mind, and for a thing such intimate as sex.
