Well, there's something strange in that Xuancar, and as you see by my name, you can guess where I'm from.

The thing is that I don't understand what has to do to be present in a ceremony to be elected as Best Website Award. Best Website is that, a work within an Internet web, not if you go to take a price or not. See the Oscar. Marlon Brando was Best Actor and he was not there. Woody Allen has got many Oscar and he never goes to the Ceremony because he prefers to play Clarinete in a pub....

So, yes, knowing how the world of porn works, and even more in Spain, you elected someone you WANTED to know, of course. But the reason that Pierre lost that trophy just for refusing to go to the ceremony is absurd. And if he had said yes, I go, and then he gets sick for whatever reason and couldn't assist? What would you do? Give the price to someone else.....

Come on, porn in Spain is ridiculous. And so are prices, elections, erotic shows all over the country with stands only for friends.... etc. Search for another excuse.
Say, yes, we wanted Private or whoever to win because we don't like you, or envy you, or simply don't want you to win. You at lest will be sincere, sound sincere, and it would be true.

You couldn´t win since the moment you decided not to come to the ceremony,

it need to be there to be a winner ????

But OK no big deal, as I said, with or without any price, my life is fine, I have always trust in the fans feeling more than in the rewarded result from all ceremonies based on the sponsoring from X,Y or Z !!! After the Hot d'or 1998 I have understood this and if you are 100% honest you know I tell the truth ...
But after fighting with the Hot d'Or, the AVN, the Berlin awards and now the Galaxy award, tell me where is the difference in my business ? If I had the ego so big as many people pretends I have, yes it could be a problem, but it's not the case and I really don't care ...

Everybody will think the same. One thing is to be awarded with something and another very different is that TO BE awarded you must be in the ceremony (this point must be very clear in the basis of the price, I suppose).

And from the moment you said you will not be there, why didn't they rule you out of the voting chart? It's not logical, he cannot win from day XX he says he won't be there, then block the votes for him immediately.....

As I've said, totally nonsense. It would be not such a great honor to have this price anyway. Big price is our acknowledgement (being members or not, as that depends on many things, such as economy, employment, etc), your fans who appreciate your work and the line you have followed since more than 20 years... and that provoked that you and your family can sit donw and rest scratching your balls for the rest of your lives. That is the price everyone must fight for. The rest is..... well you know. You're the anal expert

Maybe you are not agree with the rules, but we don´t want a ghost ceremony with trophies for nobody. The rules were clear since the first moment, there was no changes.

Of course Pierre doesn´t need any award to keep his great work, i just wanted to be clear about there was no preferences. You can think what you want, but if you think we didn´t want he were the winner, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG.

If we had something against him we wouldn´t invite him to take part in the professional jury last year, and of course, we wouldn´t invite him to the ceremony.

You can get your own opinion about the contest, the rules, etc. But my goal is to be clear in this point: we had no preferences for Private, Pierre or anyone.

OK Juan aka Xuancar, maybe all was just a missunderstanding from everyone !!!
It's find all has to be in peace, I don't want war with anyone, I don't want any price, I want be friend with everybody until they does nothing bad to me !!!
So we stay like that, and hopefully we will take a drink one day in Spain but forget me about any ceremony in the future. Private is for sure a big house, they deserve some help at the moment and you did a right choice.
Myself also I need a constant support from my fans and I hope it will continued like this for the time they will wish me to be there.

If you don´t go to the ceremony you can´t win EXCEPT if none of the nominees attend the awards. In that case, the winner is the most voted. This is what happened about Ian.

If one of the others ( Omar, Mike angelo, George Uhl, etc) had decided to fly to Barcelona that night, he would be the winner.
