We offer copyright registration services where we can register your library or just future updates electronically with the US Copyright Office. This provides two important protections not available to unregistered works - It sets statutory damages at up to $150,000US per infringement per title, and it allows you to sue for attorney's fees if you decide to sue in US court.



WATERMARKING

We also provide a source trace watermarking service that will tell you if we find a watermarked file on offer as a pirated copy, which member account that file came from - allowing you to shut that account down and stop piracy at its source. We often find that even sites that have HUGE piracy problems and hundreds of thousands of hits each day are often suffering from only a few individuals who steal their material and then post it online. This might be a great way for you to STOP piracy where it starts: on your sites. This is an additional service, and we can talk about it more if you are interested.



INDUSTRY'S BEST REPORTING

We provide the industry's best reporting interface - Once you join the Porn Guardian family, you will learn which of your titles are the most popular with pirates, where they tend to be posted, how quickly they become available illegally after you offer them online as new updates, and even who is posting them and making money with your material. DO NOT POST LIST

And we have developed relationships with several blogs, tubes and forums who now publish a Porn Guardian Do Not Post List that prohibits their members from offering content belonging to our clients. We also work closely with some of the filesharing sites who have granted us special rights holder accounts which allow us to go into their sites through the back door and remove your content without needing to file notices then wait for them to react. We are often able to delete copyrighted files instantly when we find them, which helps us keep them from going viral and appearing all over the net. EVIDENCE PACKAGES

Porn Guardian also provides evidence packages that are extremely detailed and can include screen captures of individual postings if you wish.
