Out of all the Eastern European countries, Russia has the most tragic history. Because of that, Russian women generally are manipulative and emotionally strong since it's the only way to get ahead in Russia. But once they find a man, they tend to be very loyal and do whatever it takes to hold onto him. This is why you see so many women in stockings and heels everywhere in the country no matter how cold and snowy it is. I would say German girls are a close second to Russia.

But why is this? What is it about German mentality or history that causes this?
