Hmm... I don't think its hard do understand. Yes, they are doing a job. I am sure there are some things in your job that you do not really want to do, either, if you have the option. It seems she has plenty of other opportunity, so no need to do something she is not 100% comfortable with. Even the actors in Hollywood sometimes turn down a role - either the money is not right, or the role doesn't feel right.
