Well in some cases piracy is good, especially if you like older porn as you cant buy that stuff anymore and it would of been lost without piracy, but otherwise its bad.

We will see ! I'm ready to bet that the .XXX is not arrived here by hazard. Not sure they will get it but if they can manage to take off all porn from the .com and they start to applicate some strict regulations, and they oblige Visa, Master Card, etc... to stop process anyone who doesn't have the trade mark for what he sales, in that case the piracy will become very very small !!!

I read new porn websites may be forced to use the .xxx extension.
But existing websites would not be forced to change to .xxx.

ahahahah maybe at the moment but they have the power to change it in one seconde if they want and when you see the price it cost every year ( it has cost me 2700 euros to protect my principals ones and just for a year !!! ), so I will not be surprise they push that way ...

The site would "promote" a scene on the site.
Potential buyers would submit their requests with their credits.
Only when enough credits are allocated to the scene, (to cover the cost of the scene) will it be published, and the accounts debited.

Obviously, each scene will require a different number of "pledged" requests depending on its cost and therefore a "counter" for number of remaining buyers to activate the scene would be listed with each scene.

This will not prevent piracy, but the piracy would occur only after Pierre is guaranteed enough paying members and therefore would care less when the scene is pirated.

The problem with this solution is the long term subscribers to the site: they are paying to be guaranteed content and frequency of content and would be at a disadvantage if fewer scenes reach the allocated trigger for release... but it is a model maybe worth considering!

Your idea is cool but the final resume the reason why it can't be done !!!

Of course it will not stop the piracy, but something like that could be usefull to fund projects like indecent evil in the future. (Crowdfunding)

The movie "Iron Sky" will be in Cinemas next year and was partly funded that way.
