I can tell you how to prevent this. NO meat for the girls! Vegetarian diet, best way to go. It's like a clean-buring fuel for the body. I can attest to this!

Maybe not effective in PW's case...impossible to ask all of them to take up a chance of diet... but Bboy, maybe your gf will agree!

Yes it can be OK in personnal life but when you meet a girl in the street it's difficult to manage her intestinal transit !!!
