Sadly not because I am very disappointed the Covid + the Ukrainian / Russia war have destabilize this planet to the point the technology has stopped in many field. Not for computers but with camera yes.
We were on the way to have 8K camcorder in the end of 2021 but all has been cancelled. Since 5 years Panasonic did not really improve anything and since 2022, Nikon, Canon, Sony are also in the same situation. I bought my Z9 in 2022 and still it's the best DSLR for 8K ( Canon and Sony have just been able to make their batteries a bit less weak but are far away still from the over 2 hours I have on my Nikon )
Only Blackmagic make some effort with the new 17K but it's not a product for porn POV !!!
Also my 8K TV who cost me a lot in 2019 went to crash down not because of a problem but because THEY decided they want me to buy a new one. All was cool and perfect until I started not be able see the regular TV channel program. I thought it was my internet provider but as I have 4 TV in my home I found out only the YV could be responsible. So I called Samsung. They told me to reinitialised the original TV program and I did it. Then the remote stopped work with the TV.
No problem to open the TV but IMPOSSIBLE to use it with remote. I asked Samsung to send me someone. They taken 2 weeks to come and that to tell me the 8K TV like mine are very difficult to repare and better I buy a new one. In fact my TV works perfectly but the black box supossed be the heart of the TV is not "working" anymore after the reinitialisation. The reparator told me most TV very expensive have the same problem after 5 years because they set up to push people to buy a new one.
I have tried since a month to find another black box but impossible ...
So I am tired with TV and I decided to do a very nice home cinéma instead ... I will have a 300 inches large screen for 10 times cheaper than these TV not able to be stable more than 5 years nowadays !!!
