All your statements here are not the statements of someone who runs a proper business. Your statements are very similar to someone who has little to no knowledge about customer service, or how to respectfully deal with problem customers (if I were one), like me. If you were a proper business, you wouldn't have had anything to do with Dennis Burkas, or anything that could link you to him (i.e. his wife)
