People need to stop speculating, and as usual, Pierre isn’t helping by being very vague. It's important to be realistic about the situation. The chances of her returning to porn are nearly zero; why would she come back now? She likely has a good rapport with Pierre and may return for a short interview, but that's probably it.

Like kids waiting for Christmas, we are way too excited for this to leave it alone. As long as we are respectful to both of them and recognize he's already told us that it will be before July, we're just having fun.
But, we can always hope there's more to the story of this picture.
