In 2008, he was sentenced to one year in prison for indecent assault on a fifteen-year-old girl.

In March 2011, he was sentenced to four years in prison for raping another fifteen-year-old girl.
He was arrested on 31 December 2011 in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, where he had fled to escape his prison sentence.

In 2017 he was sentenced to eighteen months in prison for inciting minors to commit indecent acts.

In March 2021, Burkas was again taken into custody on suspicion of rape.

At the end of 2023, Burkas was referred to the criminal court on suspicion of sexual offenses , more specifically the rape of eight women, the assault of nine women and possession of child pornography.
The court in Tongeren requested a 5-year prison sentence. Burkas reportedly promised the women a great career in the porn industry and wanted sexual favors in return. As always, Burkas denied the accusations.
Burkas was ultimately sentenced to 7 years in prison with immediate arrest.

His lawyer Mounir Souidi, known from the El Kaouakibi case , appealed against this conviction and requested provisional release, but this was refused by the Antwerp Court.

At the end of 2024, a new lawyer will appear on the scene, Mr. Walter Van Steenbrugge, who will take a different approach and want to re-examine all witnesses.

At the end of February, Burkas was provisionally released after paying a bail of €20,000, while he was sentenced to 7 years in prison for the rape of 8 women. The bail of €20,000 was set after Master Walter Van Steenbrugge appealed the verdict.

I started a discussion here with-pierre/who-wanna-earn-100-000-euros-t12265.html where I offered 100,000 euros for 30 days to anyone who could provide concrete evidence on the various false accusations I've been the victim of for over 30 years. Why didn't you write specific things then, just like today when you just say "troubled past" because you know very well that I'm an honest person. So yes, maybe Dennis Black Magic committed reprehensible acts for which he was tried and served his sentences, but I don't know his past, and I also know that justice often takes pleasure when politics gets involved...
For now, I'm only concerned about Dennis's present because he was sentenced to 7 years in prison for rape, even though I have proof that some women lied !!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again: we have to wait until this story is over.
I'm not trying to help a criminal; I just want things to be fair. If even one of these women told the truth, then let him be convicted, but with proof, please, because the basis of justice is proof. You don't send someone to prison for 7 years just for word against word; that's not justice !!!

J'adore quand des gens viennent écrire ici pour dire que je suis le roi des salauds "pour mon passé trouble" mais ne font rien d'autre qu'écrire sur les autres parce qu'il savent qu'en réalité je n'ai jamais rien fait de mal mais juste par jalousie ou haine gratuite s'éfforce de prétendre des choses à force d'insinuation sans rien de concret !!!
Tu es même assez idiot pour penser qu'il faut organiser des fêtes pour démontrer qui sont tes amis mais c'est purement ridicule.
Tu ne sais rien de ma vie privée où bien évidemment il y a des fêtes mais que je réserve à ma famille. Si demain je fais une fête avec les gens du X je te garantie qu'il y a aura beaucoup de monde mais à quoi cela va t-il servir ???
La dernière fois que j'ai organisé une fête s'était en 2007 avec 50 filles à Cannes. J'ai ouvert une discussion ici with-pierre/who-wanna-earn-100-000-euros-t12265.html où j'ai proposé pendant 30 jours à quiconque qui pourrait apporter des éléments concrets sur les diverses fausses accusation dont je suis victime depuis plus de 30 ans de gagner 100 000 euros. Pourquoi tu n'as pas écrit des choses précises à ce moment là , tout comme aujourd'hui d'ailleurs où tu te contente de dire " passé trouble " parce que tu sais trés bien que je suis quelqu'un d'honnête.
Alors oui peut-être que Dennis Black Magic à commis des actes répréhensibles pour lesquels il a été jugé et à accompli ses peines mais moi son passé je ne le connais pas et je sais aussi que la justice se fait souvent plaisir quand la politique s'en mèle ...

Je ne cherche pas à aider un criminel je veux uniquement que les choses soient justes. Si une seule de ces femmes a dit la vérité alors qu'il soit condamné mais avec des preuves s'il vous plait parceq ue la base de la justice c'est les preuves. On envoit pas une personne pour 7 ans en prison juste avec parole contre parole ce n'est pas ça la justice !!!
