The thing is nowadays it's nearly impossible to work that way !!!
And also if I pnly jjep the large plan people will compalin ...
I have had a problem last year after I lost the card of the POV camera for the WUNF between The Queen and 2 boys.

Nowadays the banks making the processing are asking various things about the women implication in the porn videos that makes difficult to work in the old time style.
I still do it sometimes but I prefer just do both visual ( static and gonzo ) at same time in order escape any troubles !!!
