I have seen that the date of the castings here that are also in VHS and DVD (Private Castings and Hustler Couch series), is different than they have in the site...
Some examples:

Forget the past because the gabarit in VHS or DVD was not my work !!!
The site is THE REFERENCE but it happens sometime the date or nationality is wrong because I use the gabarit of a previous girl to do the next which help me to save time but also when I'm tired it's easier to do a mistake !!!

Is there a way to find out exactly when a porn movie or film is produced? IAFD shows the year when a film was released and sometimes the month and day as as well. However, is there a way to find out when the film was produced? Adultdvdempire does show this when you search for a movie and when you click on the front cover of it and then the back cover, many times it would list the exact dates of production for the scenes. So the back cover would show this for many movies.



Is there any way to find this out? For example IAFD may show a film being released in 2008 but there is a good chance the film was produced in 2007 or so. I want to find out the specific month and year a film is produced, where would you find this?

IAFD is sadly full of wrong informations.
You have the date of every casting on my site so it's simple to imagine more of less when was done what ...
For the big productions yes one day I will put it on the site ...

So the information posted on iafd is posted by users then correct? So anyone can post a submission for a movie? Example say a movie was made in 2004. Someone now can post that movie up that the pornstar appeared in 2004? But they would most likely post incorrect information?


I know the year that is posted for the movie is the year it was released. But no way of knowing when it was actually produced right? Only if the movie is on adultdvdempire where you check the back screenshot of the dvd cover, it sometimes shows the date of production where you know the date of the movie was produced or you wouldn't know. So there is no other way besides finding a screenshot of the dvd back cover right?

What I assume is that sometimes porn producers shoot scenes and have too many for a DVD and then can release it later under another title. So its very possible that date of production is much earlier than date of release.
Look at this site for instance... Production date and release date are usually far apart from each other
