I recently checked the Criminal code of Russia, and it is stated that making of pornography is prohibited. Of course it is a common practice nowadays, but formally Pierre was doing an illegal thing while being in Russia. Sorry but this is fact. I do not if he was aware. I also think that he is an honest person, but from point of view of Russian authorities he is not.
I do not support any kind of threats, but the part of the message about the visas seems quite reasonable, unfortunately.
