What kind of piracy? It's not like he's selling his product for money. He was making it for the public. 1). Personnellement, je me fiche de la « liberté d'expression ». Ce n'est souvent qu'un écran pour couvrir la sélectivité et l'hypocrisie. Si certaines personnes bénéficient d'une liberté d'expression totale, elles vendront tout : l'État, l'armée, elles-mêmes et leurs mères. La « liberté d'expression » n'existe nulle part !
Mais c'est l'Occident qui aime se vanter de sa liberté d'expression, alors nous allons vous « mettre le nez dans cette merde hypocrite ». Tout cela comme vous l'avez voulu et selon vos propres souhaits.

2). Il s'agit d'une question de responsabilité lorsque l'on déclare sciemment de fausses informations qui discréditent les forces armées. Il y a beaucoup de correspondants militaires qui travaillent au front, mais personne ne les met en prison....

Moi pas c'est un droit fondamental mais je t'accorde que malheureusement lorsqu'un homme est à la tête d'un pays comme la russie, la chine où l'inde, si tu laisses la liberté d'expression de tes détracteurs semer le chaos et contribuer à la mort de millions de gens, alors oui aussi triste que cela soit il faut une forme de dictature "légère" pour que le pays reste stable !!!
