Well my question for support was what my current status is in months, since I don't know exactly what they have on record. I've been a member since 2009, but I've definitely not had a subscription going every single month.

If I press the upgrade button, I'm offered to pay 14.90 for a woodman pass at "diamond" rate. But that's what I'm already paying. So that means i don't qualify for graal yet?

Exactly. Until you press it and it changes to graal, you will not have reached that level. Regards
