Sooooo many other countries Tommie would have simply paid the judges and you would be locked up unfortunately. Good to know the judges and courts have sense left in them. Regarding that photo in Turkey, I am sure someone with an advanced app for location tracking can locate it, though I must say its quite difficult since there are only hills and trees behind him.

It's his house location. My lawyer want try something with local police has we have serious informations about things happened there few years ago and I can't speak about for now but who will be interesting for local authorities !!!


And also funny to see how the guy is optimist considering now instead the story ends up today has it was supposed to be the judge considered the case became higher level and decided send the case to the prosecutor who will request a new judge to set up a new criminal trial against him.
And when he write "NO CASE TO ANSWER" well on the door of the court today it was HIS name wriiten as sued person !!!

This one's easy to sort, just post the ruling of today's outcome Pierre! Even if they had referred the case to a higher level they would have ruled in your favour in this one. Just post it here and that'll shut the haters up!
The only reason neither he or his lawyer would be present in court is if the court didn't see that the claim was important enough for the accused to be there, which would tend to lean in favour of Tommies claim, but like I said you can blow this away by showing everyone the ruling! That's not how it works in Hungary. The court would have told you verbally immediately if you were successful in your claim, even with Tommie in absentia. Plus, you could have the court clerk draw this judgment up as an official document that day. If I'd been representing you I would have insisted on this to clear your good name.
I would have a word with your lawyer about this as it is very sloppy on his behalf.

Well I could not pretend be an expert in Hungarian law and courts but after been 7 Times on Budapest courts with the WGCZ trial from 2016 to 2023 and now for the second time against Tommie my balls I can tell you it was always more or less the same process ...

The judge tell you his decision and then few days later your lawyer get an official paper about the jugement ...

In any case yesterday morning she simply said :
"Mister MacDonald did not present himself for the second time, threat a lawyer by sms on his phone and says on public media the hungarian courts are a joke. Well then instead make a judgement today I transfert this case to the prosecutor and an higher criminal court will take the decision".
She also said I have to do a specific thing before next wednesday ( but I am not gonna say what here ) and then invite us to leave the room ...
That's what the guy seat at my right in charge of the translation told me in live !!!

Well, no disrespect to your lawyer but that's BS. IF, the judge favoured in your direction he should have awarded you gratification, with an advisory that he was going to pursue the case further in regard to the other transgressions, not just leave you hanging.
To me, if the case was genuinely going further I would have expected that.
The Hungarian (and many Eastern European) judiciaries are still for wants of a better word "corrupt" in part, and I've found that in many cross-border (French-Czech or Hungarian-Italian just for example) hearings were unduly lengthened by the legal parties involved in order to ( I don't want to say "extort") obtain money from plaintiffs who may not understand either the language or court process.
Although you are well within your rights to pursue your case, I would probably look elsewhere for representation if you have any concerns about this.
