Maybe a good method to try for you....in that case you dont even need that full 2 hour like now, but you can break up that 2 hour in mini naps over the day.

I know, it sounds like grandpa dis doing mini naps during the day, but it seem to be efficient method for workaholic tigers like you.

No it's not true I sleep sometime 15 hours non-stop when I had a non-sleep period of two or three days.
I must said on a full year I think my medium number of hours by night is 4.
But If I take holidays ( very rare !!! ) I can easily sleep 6/8 hours by night because I love sleeping but the chance I have is to be able to stay without sleep from a day to another and my body accept it ...
