Pierre,the idom: "You Reap What You Sow" Im pretty sure dis doesnt have negative implications. Its originally from the bible. But people can use dis saying in all sorts of instances and that will help turn around your destiny.In common use it juss means
a) if you do good things in life, small things, those good things will change your destiny into more positive turn. (postive definition) But also if you lay down the foundation for your school in your teens and do good grades hard work, it will show in the future, and will give your life a more fulfilling turn (better job, more salary,meeting more interasant peoples). In other words if you will do good, you will receive good.
b)if you are a criminal and your life is about deceiving peoples and mugging them, beating them up, and playing games, then one day in the future ( it can be nex week or in 40 years) destiny will hunt you down and punish you for what you did in the pass. Or less dramatic, if you for example did drugs in your teen years in stead of focussing on your career, you will pay the consequences later, in a sense, that you will then be old and dont have any shit (money, happy life, kids etc).
So every thing you do in life now (negative or positive) will change your destiny in a postive or negative way. So the saying is certainly not something bad.
