Please point out my rudeness. I was exceptionally polite, whereas Just for once, why not consider what your paying customers want? is certainly rude & specifically to you & the site. I am fully aware you do your best for paying customers, but Just or once do not implies you never satisfy your customers.

It doesn't imply that at all. You are not logical.

Pierre happens to run what I consider to be the best porn site for anal sex lovers, but he makes his decisions based on what HE wants rather than on what his customers want. Most of the time that works fine, but just occasionally it leads him to make decisions that make him happy, but his customers unhappy.

This is one instance of that.
