How to last longer?

Hi Pierre,

I'm a big fan of yours and i've been wondering what is your trick to last that long and keep going everytime? I have a hard time lasting even two minutes while pounding, is there a trick, a book about it, something i can do?

I know this probably have been asked before but I searched it on the forum and couldn't find it.
