Things are changing. In Germany an about 60 year old guy took a young girl to court because she refused to have sex with him saying he was too old. He sued her for discrimination because of age. Similar to a case where you refuse to rent a house to someone because of his skin color. So you run a real legal risk if you refuse to have sex with a girl telling her she is too young...

Regardless of this Dennis guy's culpability, you should stop conflating attraction to prepubescent children (a paraphilia) and the attraction to an adolescent with all her womanhood markers in place.
