The down town is as it is, yes not the cleanest area but myself I was there so many times, sometimes with 500 black people around me and NEVER I have had a problem. I feel safer in downtown LA than in Paris to be honest !!!
Also LA is so huge and you have Beverly Hills + all places like Malibu beach with millionaire houses everywhere and top clean area ...

Putin has already repeatedly said that the Russian Federation is not against the negotiations, the Ukrainian regime, or rather their masters in Washington, does not want them.
If you are not lazy, analyze the rhetoric of Putin and Zelensky, and you will understand that it is the Ukrainian regime that refuses to negotiate.

I just watched it again.
I understand that of course you have your own experience and it is relevant, because for example I, have never been to the USA.

Well just like today when USA helped Ukraine avoid being taken over by Russia with their millitary aid , USA sent an awful lot of millitary aid to Europe and to Soviet Union to help stop Hitler before that. Not even russian propaganda guys like Vitaly can deny that part of history.
