I can assure you that more than half of the people who are leaving now do not even qualify for mobilization. There are, for example, women and children, the elderly. Absolutely sickening. Most of the notorious civilian deaths have been from mislaunch of S-300 missiles from the hopeless scumbag ukronazi regime. Much of their aif defence systems are located directly in the city, directly in residential buildings instead of the outskirts of the city - partially explaining some of the failures to intercept Russian missile but striking near the tops of residential buildings, or some mislaunch causing disaster because everything is close to each other.

I mention this because the despicable ukronazi regime has resorted to convincing its sheep that Russia has repurposed their air-defence missiles from S-300 system, and that Russia is the one firing from aircraft these missiles that they are finding the wreckage of! They are again claiming missiles repurposed from S-300 system by Russians used today as lie for their evil terrorist act today.
