Why are you talking nonsense, who told you this nonsense? I've already written here that there was more freedom in Russia, especially before the conflict, than necessary, unfortunately.

You know that some Russian citizens (cultural figures, journalists, etc.) left Russia when the conflict in Ukraine began, allegedly in protest. Well, many of them have now gone back to their homeland. Do you know why? Because no one fucking needs them abroad, they can only make money in Russia, from Russian citizens, that's the first thing,
and second, they're absolutely sure that in Russia they're safe, except of course for those who haven't broken the law.
And in Europe, those citizens who say something in favor of Russia are immediately subjected to harsh treatment. You can even lose your job. I am not verboten, because I know a lot of people in your countries.
So, don't talk about something you don't know for sure, but only by hearsay.

Russia itself withdrew troops from Kiev after the Kiev regime asked for negotiations. And after the withdrawal of Russian troops, the Kiev regime itself stopped negotiations.
