"Dirty Talking" - is a specific and interesting fetish in porn and many people like it.
I personally find it interesting only when partners talk dirty during sexual games, but only in their native language. In my personal opinion it is in her native language that a girl conveys the fullness and palette of her emotions and sensuality, and just for her excitement, if she likes this fetish in principle, or when a man sends her dirty words in her native language.

When they say: "I want you to fuck my ass" it triggers something different in my brain then if they said something like "Pu radabou gu lala moo" (made-up foreign sentence) and then I read some subtitle that said: "Me want you sex internal me butt" (I intentionally wrote this as invalid "English" to demonstrate the point).

I agree with you that if what a girl doesn't know English well, or doesn't feel comfortable using it freely, it can sound fake and "forced" if she says things she doesn't actually mean or utter spontaneously...
