You can switch on automatic translation in Youtube:
First click on the subtitles icon that looks like a white rectangle with dots and lines, this will switch on automatic (in this case Russian) transcription
And then to its right there's the cogwheel/screw icon for settings.
Under translations you can set the target language.
Russian > English usually gives fairly comprehensible results.
