First of all, this photo is from the Victory Parade in Minsk (Belarus), you stupid moron.
Second, the woman's chest is decorated with the medals "70 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War," "70 Years of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazis," "75 Years of Victory," "100 Years of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus" and "For Irreproachable Service" III degree. All of them are not military awards and they are awarded for impeccable service and participation in parades and parades.
This is Major Ekaterina Alexeyeva. Her position is that of verification officer of the department of international military cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus.
