There's like a dozen different cables crossing the Atlantic. It's not as easy as just "cutting the cable" if that's what you think Pierre.

And surely, even attempting to sabotage the cables is borderline an act of war.

As I said always I have been a Putin fan for many years !!!
I am against any war and of course disagree with the attack of Ukrain but I heard this attack was prepared since 2019, so I am 100000000 % sure this man know EXACTLY what he is doing and he plays with EU the way he knew already it will be !!!
I give you an example, NOBODY and for sure not me will have imagined if Switzerland was able stay neutral with Hitler and keep the money of the III reich they will have break their perpetual rule of neutrality. But Putin knew it and has taken off his money and Lavrov too !!! Just that simple thing says more about his anticipation concerning all the "sanctions" of Europe !!!
Honestly if I was the american senator who just proposed 1 million dollars for the head of Putin, I will enjoy my life the best because I will not be surprise if one day in future someone will shake his hand and next day he will be dead !!!
I think we should have keep the promises made to Gorbatchev by occident and never try put Nato in Ukrain and baltic republic.
It's terrible but now the population of Ukrain know the war and yes it's Putin who does it, yes it's horrible but I think occident should be honest and accept to say they have a part of responsability and not just the Russian are supposed be the evil !!!

I hope West will understand they have more to loss than win in this story and after Covid there was better to do than push about weapons in Ukrain.
BTW I saw on news today that Ukrain is the country where since 2014 have been implanted the biggest quantity of weapons by european union since the WW2. ( on BFM TV today morning ) and now they will add 500 M€ ...
This is not the way to go to the peace and they know that !!!

Not a suprise obviously but still flat out embarrassing and shameful . You can tapdance all you want about the west vs russian interests but its pretty damn clear that its Russia and Putin that is the ones that causes all the human sufering now.

One country attacked without being threatend at all. 146 coutnires condemned this attack in the UN.

To call yourself a fan of a guy that has journalist killed , puts political enemies in jail or even poison them. That does not allow free elections or free press. And now goes to war against Ukraine for reasons not even most of the russian people or their soldiers understands. What are you thinking.

I understand that you are against immigration and LGBT rights and you have common grounds with Putin there and it seems like thats the reason you support several autocrats. Flat out horrible and extreme though to support a guy like Putin for those reasons in my opionion.
