Comme je dis toujours chacun ses gouts , par exemple j'ai des potes qui peuvent pas piffer Rafa et ses tics et son jeu ......pour en revenir a RG , ce fut une finale de haut niveau et Djokovic a encore prouvé pourquoi il est unique dans ce Sport ; une nouvelle page d'Histoire aussi en devenant le seul joueur de l'aire Open a gagné au moins 2 fois chaque tournoi du GC , c'est juste incroyable ;

Djokovic has won !!!
I am admirative but again like against the italian, he lost 2 set, went out for a moment and come back strong like a razorback.
This part make me upset to be honest. Once OK maybe it's a "miracle" but twice exactly same things ... well maybe it's just a second miracle but it's normal to be suspicious ...

Anyway bravo, it was a great match ...

Really I dont understand why some people dont like Djokovic.
Yes sometimes people are fan of Federer or Nadal but it doesnt mean not to recognize the great qualities of other tennis players.
It's better to be more objective about all these three players.
Lets watch what really happened :
Who is able to win against Federer at Wimbledon, Federer's favourite tournament?
Who is able to win against Nadal at Roland-Garros, Nadal's favourite tournament?
Who is able to win in a final after having lost the two first sets?!
Who is able to win after two great matches of more than 4 hours?
Who is the only one to win every title of Grand Slam twice?
Who has the record being the Number One (324 weeks) more than Federer (310 weeks)?

Amongst Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, I think that Nadal couldnt be the greatest tennis champion of all times because you cannot be this one, winning 13 times the same tournament.
So the real competition is only between Federer and Djokovic, who are more complete tennis players.
When Federer won the most of his Grand Slam titles, he was almost alone at his level. He won 16 Grand Slam Titles between 2003 and 2010. There was only Rafael Nadal at Roland-Garros and at some other tournaments. Djokovic began only to win in 2008 and really in 2011.
When Djokovic won his Grand Slam Titles, he must fight against Federer, Nadal and all the new generation. I think he deserves more his titles because the competition is more difficult than in the previous decade.

So maybe Federer is more sympathetic but tennis is not a contest of popularity. This is sport.
In a objective way, you could say that Federer has a more beautiful game than Djokovic but maybe he is not the Greatest Champion of all times.
About today's final, Tsesipas was very good but it missed something to him. The brain or the mental strenght. When Djokovic won his first Grand Slam, he had 20. At 22, Tsesispas has still progresses to do. But surely he will win in the future.

Whatever, this final was more interesting and passionnate than any of the 13 Nadal's victories which were a lot boring.
Why? Because Nadal win very often the first set and dominate the remainder of the match. No suspense, no interest.
For the suspense, Djokovic is a more interesting player. He lost the first two sets and succeeded to make an incredible come-back.
This is objective. I think that a lot of people could agree with me, even some Nadal fans.
A real champion is not the tennis player who dominates from the beginning to the end but a player who could adapt to all kinds of players and surfaces and solve problems with mental strength. Thats why Djokovic is Number One.

All players are checked and controlled, particularly winners of championship. So there is no reason to be suspicious.

Pierre should love Djokovic because they are a bit similar. Both are sometimes criticized but they dont mind, they keep on doing what they know they are doing the best.

I'm done. After the first two sets I've couldn't imagine that Djokovic would win this and I need to break my promise and ask Pierre for a emergency update to heal my pain. ;) ;) ;) let's be serious Tsitsipas was absolutely fantastic first 2 sets unbeatable. But 5 sets are 5 sets expirence matters. Boris Becker said during the match 3 sets are for childs and 5 sets are for grown men. Just unbelievable the 12 year older Djokovic was fresher at the end than Tsitsipas. Great archivment for him. Federer fans, Nadal fans, Djokovic fans we all together should enjoy them playing. In near future they 3 would retire and tennis wouldn't be te same as with them. They all have made good publicity for this fantastic sport...

Someone who comes from Serbia, it may sound weird when your favorite te nis player is not Djokovic, but Federer. Roger gives poetry to the game, his graceful moves and his game never bores. Djokovic style is too robotic for my taste and you get to see the whole game before it even starts (btw, I don't believe in national pride - you don't have to be the best in every category).
But all these said, I must say that objectively, tennis player are not there to amuse the audience, which means us. Like Nadal said once:"I first play for myself" and that's what every tennis player should do. People should have their own code, their own style of living and not giving them about the others. One thing i admire about Djokovic: which is that he never broke down after all criticism he endured. Unfair criticism, I must say. He accidentally hit the ball girl? He wasn't trying to kill her, nor it was his intention. Asks for medical time-out to break his opponent momentum? What's that? I didn't know that something like that exists in tennis.
But Djokovic keeps on pushing.

Oh, and we obviously live in Golden Era of tennis; hardly we ever got three supreme player simultaneously. I wouldn't sign off Roger, btw, but his chances for winning another GS are slim, but I think he still can do.
