I wonder for people making the piracy, they should be members of your site as well to download the movies. So isn't there a way to find their identity and punish the sites who host them?

It's not legal but if autorities do nothing to protect us, we must take some actions ourself !!!

Do not complain if you are paid back in full in return.
The more you harden the security the more your content will be released(ie dieselaccess content).
Also in some country nobody will complain if your content is released because porn is not admitted,it is a global not local question.
And high level hackers breach billing companies,not websites,because once you are
in you get access to almost everything you want.

You cannot have 5 billion potential people,register your cie in HK or elsewhere to avoid taxes,travel everywhere and pay nice girls for cheap in foreign countries,
and have no drawbacks,it is just stupid.

The most funny guy is broot,now he is wealthy because of his website,
but 10 years ago he was a shit,struggling to get sign by C+ to survive and finance a movie,and now you see him on tv sets complaining about piracy,
but without the internet he would still be where he was,in the shit.

Les gens disent pour justifier le piratage: "La culture (super argument quand tu télécharges des jeux vidéo ou des films de cul d'ailleurs, mais passons) ne se monnaye pas".

Et bien non cher ami, si c'était vrai tu irais voler des cds ou des livres à la Fnac. Ah oui mais à la Fnac y'a des antivols, et des vigiles qui s'ils te choppent, en plus de te foutre la honte devant tout le monde vont t'emmener dans leur loge te mettre un peu la fièvre en attendant que la police arrive.

Les gens téléchargent sur internet parce que c'est du vol sans risque, de la même façon qu'ils voleraient au supermarché, au magasin de sport ou au bureau de tabac si c'était sans risque. Si demain un dispositif infaillible est mis en place pour sacquer chaque téléchargement illégal, y'aura pas de grandes manifs, personne ne descendra dans la rue pour protester contre "le droit à la culture". Les gens arrêteront simplement.

Ca m'arrive de télécharger certains trucs (les séries, pour lesquels les éditeurs français se foutent objectivement du monde), mais j'aime pas l'hypocrisie.

are the lower and middle class,because they do not pay fiscal "experts" nor have the resources to put their money and companies in tax free havens or low wages places.

Fnac is not selling porn,and i cannot say porn is a "cultural" product,
and i will tell you that 90% of the most thoughful,enlightning books ever written are already free of rights.
And editors are beginning to cry because their cash cows will sooner or later be in the free of rights domain.
Also 95% of films edited last year are shits.

Our society has been built around desire(naked women sellling pop corn to cars etc)
and the logic people should work to fullfill their desire,
even if this desire is a big shit well packaged,
