I am just curious about how much the girls get paid.
Lets assume a decent girl doing a decent job ( so not the next superstar) with maybe 3 month experience in the business.
What kind of pay would be realistic for such a girl for a BG scene?
How would it increase with doing additional stuff like anal, pee or whatever ?

Anal : 600
