A former Beauty Peagent Contestant (Miss Kentucky) admitted to exchanging sexual photos with a 15 year old male student when she was working as a school teacher has been sentenced to 2 years in prison and must register as a lifetime sex offender.
In America it depends on the state. In California nobody would care, but in the American South they go hard on these things. Strange thing about that country.
Never meaning to offend, just an opinion subject to change...
I guess the issue here in the States is that if a Man did the same thing, he would definitely get jailed and no one would have a problem. and now there's this mindset that Women deserve the same harsh treatment that a man would get.
so the justice system is now making an example out of these women who do this, but I feel some of this is just TOO harsh.
for example, an hot looking Ex-Arizona teacher sentenced to 20 years in prison for sex with student. the boy was 13 and the teacher was 28 and they were fucking/dating undercover and got caught. and my guess is this 13 year old boy was probably overdeveloped and looked like he's 18 which would explain things..
don't get me wrong. i think the Arizona woman deserved to be defamed fired and maybe do 1 year in jail, but 20 hard years? that's too much.

Would you say the same if a 28 y.o. man would fuck a 13 girl ?
Women want equality of right they also should assume equality of duties and in front of the law.

Exactly. that's my point. i wouldn't say it. that's my problem. there is a double standard. even inside me. i look at that Arizona woman and go 'does she really deserve 20 + years hard time? with those hardcore criminal women?" "maybe she needs 6-months to a year" but she's so very harmless.
Same thing with Miss Kentucky. i say 6 months to a year in jail and defamation in the public press is enough for her. but 2 years in a hardcore jail and being forced to register as sex offender? I mean is this woman truly a threat to the public? its too much.
but you right. this is why I wanted to get feedback from Pierre on this. how would these scenarios get handled in France or other EU countries?
Call me oldfashioned but I don't think it's the same for men and women. Men are just generally more perverted. Even when we are 15 we dream of fucking our teachers and older women in general.
