There are some young actors working for Pierre but as he previously said, everyone ones to live the dream, only a very few minority are capable and lets be real... if there was a real need for an actor.. there are 10000000 other guys also interested...

If you really want to be an actor, the easiest way is to get a girlfriend in the business or convince her to take part... Pierre is willing to film the video of a cute couple...

"new" male actors never did get changes, even not during "the golden ages" in the adult world. It is just a fact that all producers and directors did not took any risks and only where working with talents who where having a name in "the adult circle".

So, today, the changes are just zero to become a "famous" and well known actor in big productions or on the popular sites.

A lot could be said on that subject, I use new boys like Tony Corleone this year but the best result always comes from the strong ones like Deloin, Perry, St James, Terminator etc...
The new generation miss of maturity and could not handle the difficult situations. Yesterday in Belgrade I shooted a scene with a girl who start to be famous there on TV
She did her first scene hardcore ever and we had to do it in a crazy place with 10 mens there, lawyers, business man, even a sympathic guy from an ambassy, and the pressure was huge on all our shoulder. We did it without any light equipment, just natural one, and this girls, Anett, has been double analysed for her first job, with a big smile !!!
Only guys like Alain Deloin and Reda Semlahen can have mad it in a place like that ...
Also the old one from my team, doesn't use any drugs and come when I need, not after one hour waiting for it...
