To build a studio, or any business you need a heart, some psychology and share many things.
He is a dick with legs, has the psychology of a turtle, the heart of Staline, the ego of Trump, and is kind like a jellyfish ...
So nothing impossible but I know it will be a hard job for him to change and become a man who can be a boss !!!
