For the girls really doing porn, it should be Ok, especially for those who'll be semi-famous. It'll be assumed, and after a decade or two, entirely forgotten. Still, they'll be smart to avoid a couple of professions, but their lives should be pretty normal.
The problem will be for the girls just making a casting, or getting filmed having atypical sexual practices.
But I'm not as afraid of stupid people as I'm of smart, organized and resourceful people. The web is keeping everything, some can access it, and some companies will be able to purchase it and use it to blackmail people.
Some 50 years ago you would send a prostitute to blackmail someone, soon you'll just need to check his/her past life.
But I don't think it'll change much for porn business, there'll be no difference between a girl swallowing piss during a casting or another doing the same while filmed by her boyfriend's smartphone.
Porn business will just provide what (directly or indirectly) paying audience will ask for.
Now, considering that the friends of her grand-grand children will be able to watch her casting, Barbara Bella should just do what she enjoys most that it's porn or no porn.
Maybe it's the good coming out of it, as the castings will be available, as the homemade videos will be available as, the hidden cams will be available : just do what you want, take the best share of that hell and build-up your own paradise!
