I personally think doing snapchat and onlyfan is actually a clever way to market themselves. Not saying its fun to pay 15/20$ monthly for every girl you like, again if your like me and are on a limited budget, you may have to "switch" your pledge from months to months, but for them its a clever way to make money.
I heard doing porn scenes is not bringing that much money... Often the girls are paid in one shot something like 800/1000$ but then the website use that scene for years and years...
Obviously this point of view will vary from porn producer to porn performer
To go back on the original thread subject (Bangbox) , obviously piracy will happen. I mean its part of the "deal" in porn. I know producers don't like it, obviously, but at this point its something you have to live with and consider piracy as "natural losses".
The question is to know how well can it do compare to other services that are actually available (who also deal with piracy).
Piracy exist since ever it was possible. Im sure most of us here have copied casette tapes of music using a double deck radio when we where younger. Im sure most of us had there friend burn them a CD when it was the "new thing". We all recorded movies from TV on a VHS as well...
The digital era just made this accessible more. Consumer will say its great, producers will say it sucks. I understand both point of views. No need to go back to that subject, i made lenghty post on it before in the other thread
Im really eager to see if Paige's project will actually materialize and see the impact it may have in the porn world. Im genuinly exited for this and if its as good as she say it is, im definately gonna take a subscription.
