Hello Pierre, I am your member for more than a two months. But for last two weeks i have a problem, i cannot download your videos.
I contacted your support but there is no answer from there site until this day. Please can somebedy take a look at this problem and solve it so i could download your videos again.

For me you're not referenced as a member. Please use same email for forum and site.
I did not heard about this problem, you're first to tell this !!!
I just asked my support to see why you have this problem ... but if you don't put same email I can't do anything.

ps : I found your problem, you're using a VPN. No download for all VPN Users ...

Hm, this is strange, yes i am using vpn due to the fact that i live in CZ and your websites are blocked here. But i was able to download your videos even with vpn on. But two weeks ago i get this message that "downloads are not available". So what changed? And also why there is this no download policy through vpn?

Of course it will because in case of problem we know you immediately but when a guy ask something and it's different email we can't found him.
And also for me it's better about the attention I have for you here on the forum, as I see if you are or not a member without need make a search about it !!!
