First I fixed my teeth and now I fix my body. Sometimes this lifestyle change is hard and I have to remind myself what I'm working for . I really like the transformation what I see in the mirror but of course I know this is just the beginning and I have to work a lot for my goal.

Yes I think the same ...Anybody can do almost anything they set their mind to ,it just depends on how much we want it.
It 's funny ,today I have to fly to Germany and my suitcase looks like a complete gym shop but when I see myself in the mirror I know I'm on the correct way.

Thanks ,you are really nice but my husband job is cook so when I'm home he makes me only natural and tasty foods.He counts my protein,carbs etc etc ...I eat "gym food" just when I travel for work.
