As a long standing member of your site, I wanted to simply offer my support over the whole incident.

Often in these situations, as now, you get many crazy comments from people on forums, both your own forum and others, supporting either party and their comments don't bear any relation to reality.

What is clear though in all my years as a customer, is that you behave well to the people around you, sometimes too well (Ricardo springs to mind in this instance).

Try to relax a little over the situation with Lana. The truth usually comes out in the end, even though we all often feel a need to defend ourselves promptly against nasty, false comments.
