Problems with downloading
Problems with downloading
Is anyone else having issues downloading the movies? I keep getting a message stating "Downloads not available," this is different from the one stating downloads wont be available for 5 days. I can watch the movies streaming, but just cant download. I tried contacting customer support twice and got no response. Any ideas?

I am using the same computer and network that I always have. I've tried using different computers with different connections including LTE, and still am having no luck. I even made sure my home network is not using a VPN.
