Thank you Pierre for your reply but I really don't understand why she did such a thing. 
I mean, in my opinion, she is one of the most beautiful girl in the biz and I don't think she need to have an implant to work more and better. Maybe there's something that we ignore about the pornbiz and I think that you won't explain it in your forum.
