Sometimes college students are not very bright.
A young man in America was having an online video chat with a pretty girl. She teased him and dared him to take off his clothes, if she did. So she did and he did. Then she threatened to post the photos of him on the internet for all to see, unless he sent her $1000. He sent all the money that he had on him, then called police. The police found that the money went to the Phillipines. So they could not arrest anyone.

Well, it is not a joke to him.
I do not know about Europe. But in America, sometimes mean kids would grab a boy and pull his pants down. Then everyone would laugh at him and run away. Now, instead of everyone on the playground seeing his tiny penis, everyone in the world could see it.
