Video Resolutions
Hi Pierre
I've not been a member for a short while and am considering coming back. The reason I left was because you stopped posting 1080P Full HD downloads for all your new work. Are these now available ?
4K is great of course but many streaming devices and nearly all projectors will not support it and of course the file size can be horrific.
And for me 720P just takes too much off the quality. So I had to download 4k and then downsize to 1080P, very time consuming.
So 1080P is the 'goldilocks' format for most people I think.

And 1080P is not 2010 - we are in a period of transition between the formats and 1080P is still very relevant. Serious movie buffs have home cinema rooms with projectors and unless you want to spend 30 grand on a 4K NATIVE projector you will be watching movies in 1080p. Satellite stations are only just now starting to embrace 4K. How many movies can you buy in 4K ? Most streaming devices will not support 4k. 4k is great and it will slowly become the standard but we are not there yet.
I've read on porn review sites other customers being baffled by the chasm in video formats offered. 4k and then 520P. Why not provide 4k, 1080P ?
So I am simply suggesting that Pierre provides the best possible formats for all of his customers and I feel 4k and 1080P together provide the best choices that will suit the masses. I just don't get the chasm in formats.
There must be some reason why 1080P is not provided. Some technical reason perhaps. It can't be storage space in this day and age. Hopefully Pierre can explain
